So, if I’m understanding this right…
White people enslaved Black people for centuries, but we aren’t allowed to be upset about it.
Black people built this country while enslaved, but we aren’t allowed to be upset about it.
Black people were medically experimented on AKA tortured, but we aren’t allowed to be upset about it.
Black people were released from slavery only to be segregated, restricted, further dehumanized and sent back into legal slavery AKA incarceration, but we aren’t allowed to be upset about it.
Black people are Public Enemy Number One, but we aren’t allowed to be upset about it.
The genocide of Black people never stopped, it was just legalized. But we aren’t allowed to be upset about it.
So you’re saying, anon, that despite all of these things, we’re still not allowed to have feelings?
